Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director – Mr Mike Utsler
SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) ('SciDev' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mike Utsler as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 1 March 2024.
Mike has over 40 years’ experience across the energy industry having held senior leadership and executive positions with a number of multi-national companies.
Mike is currently a Non-Executive Director of Santos Limited (ASX:STO) and has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Oil Search Limited (ASX:OSH) and Integrated Asset Solutions Limited.
Previously, Mike was Executive Chairman of Otto Energy (ASX:OEL), Chief Operating Officer of New Fortress Energy (NASDAQ:NFE) and Chief Operations Office for Woodside Energy (ASX:WDS) where he was responsible for operating oversight for Woodside's producing Operations, D&C, Logistics, Subsea, Pipelines, Subsurface, and HSEQ worldwide.
