Resignation of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
SciDev Limited ( ASX: SDV ) announces the resignation of Lewis Utting, the company’s CEO and Managing Director, after 3 years in the role. Sean Halpin, currently the Commercial Director of Water Services for SciDev, has been appointed as the interim CEO while a search is completed for the new CEO.
SciDev Chairman Vaughan Busby said “The Board thanks Lewis for his leadership, commitment and hard work transforming and growing the company from a start up to where it is today”.
“We understand and respect Lewis’ decision to resign so he can focus on family matters. Over the next few months Lewis will be available on a limited basis to assist with the transition.”
