SciDev Ltd ( ASX: SDV ) Non–executive Director Don Cronin has tendered his resignation from the Board, effective 31 December 2018.

Don has been a steady influence and tireless advocate for the Company. The Board pass their thanks to him and wish him well in his future endeavours.
