Executive Employment Contract for Managing Director

Mr Kieran Rodgers was appointed Managing Director of Intec Ltd (ASX: INL) on 6 February 2012 and has now agreed with the Company the terms of an Executive Employment Contract (the Contract) with effect from 1 March 2012. The key terms of the Contract are as follows:

• Term: Three (3) years;

• Annual salary: $215,000;

• Termination Compensation: Six (6) months;

• Notice Period: Six (6) months; and

• Eligibility to participate in the Intec Option Plan on terms approved by the Board of Directors.
