Director Resignation

The Board of Directors of Intec Ltd (ASX code: INL) advises that Mr Richard Jenkins has today resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company in order to focus on his considerable responsibilities in running his funds management business.

The INL Board wishes to express its profound appreciation to Mr Jenkins for his significant contribution during the past two years, in particular his strategic guidance and his assistance in various capital raising initiatives associated with the Hellyer Metals Project.

Mr Jenkins holds 4.8% of INL's issued shares through a controlled entity and has stated his intention to retain this shareholding and his willingness to support any future capital raisings by INL.

In the meantime, the INL Board has appointed its Sydney-based Non-executive Director Mr Ian Ross as Acting Chairman of INL.

An Appendix 3Z Notice is attached.
