2024 Annual General Meeting date and Nomination of Directors
SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (' SciDev ' or ' the Company ') advises that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 21 November 2024.
An item for consideration at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from any persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 11 October 2024. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5pm AEST on Friday, 11 October 2024.
This release has been approved by the Board of Directors of SciDev Limited.
