2023 Annual General Meeting date and Nomination of Directors
SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (' SciDev ' or ' the Company ') advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 21 November 2023.
An item for consideration at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from any persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Wednesday, 11 October 2023. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5pm AEST on Wednesday, 11 October 2023.
This release has been approved by the Board of Directors of SciDev Limited.
