2022 AGM date and Nomination of Directors
SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (' SciDev ' or ' the Company ') advises that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 15 November 2022.
An item for consideration at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from any persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 7 October 2022. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5pm AEST on Friday, 7 October 2022.
