For the period 5 until 11 September 2023, Schibsted has purchased a total of 91,473 own A-shares at an average price of NOK 216.2908 per share, and a total of 111,800 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 199.9552 per share.

Following the transactions above, Schibsted has bought back a total of 8,274,747 shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 1,607,370,086 under the buyback programme.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Schibsted owns a total of 3,723,811 own A-shares, and a total of 4,931,893 own B-shares, corresponding to 3.69% of total issued shares in Schibsted.
