Schibsted ASA (SCH) - Mandatory Notification of Trade - Employee Share Saving Plan

Schibsted ASA has on 24 July 2014 sold and transferred 12,329 treasury shares to

participants in the Employee Share Saving Plan at a price of NOK 311.50 per

share (the closing price 23 July 2014). The transaction is in relation to the

first enrolment window in the share saving plan for 2014.

After the transfer, Schibsted ASA owns 593,423 treasury shares.

Shares sold and transferred to primary insider employees are disclosed in the

attachment.

The second enrolment window in the share saving plan was completed 27 June 2014.

The following primary insider has subscribed to the share saving plan for 2014,

in addition to those announced 9 April 2014: Martin Frey, annual savings amount

NOK 49,917, total number of shares in Schibsted ASA before the share saving

plan: 3,239.
