Schibsted ASA (SCH) - Mandatory notification of trade - exercise of options

In connection with Schibsted's option scheme for key personnel, 7,500 options

with the right to acquire 9,420 shares were exercised on 21 December 2010 at

price NOK 142.80 per share.

After the transaction, Schibsted holds 4,472,621 own shares, of which 4,433,121

are held by Schibsted ASA and 39,500 by the subsidiary Bergens Tidende AS.
