Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - New share capital registered

Reference is made to Schibsted ASA's ("Schibsted" or the "Company") stock

exchange announcement made on 26 April 2024 regarding Schibsted's acquisition of

9.99% of Finn.no - http://finn.no AS ("FINN") from Polaris Media ASA ("Polaris")

(the "Transaction") and the Company's announcement made on 6 May 2024 regarding

the resolution by the Company's Board of Directors to increase the share capital

to settle the Transaction by issuance of new Schibsted B-shares to Polaris.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 8,030,279 new Schibsted

B-shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises.

Following the registration, the Company's registered share capital is NOK

119,481,624 divided into 102,962,278 A-shares and 136,000,970 B-shares, in total

238,963,248 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
