Reference is made to the announcements from Schibsted ASA dated 18.09.2018 and 24.01.2019 regarding demerger of Schibsted ASA.

The shares in Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) will today, 9 April 2019, be traded last day inclusive of rights to consideration shares in Adevinta ASA.

The shareholders of Schibsted ASA will receive one class A share in Adevinta ASA with a nominal value of NOK 0.20 for each class A share they own in Schibsted ASA, and one class B share in Adevinta ASA with a nominal value of NOK 0.20 for each class B share they own in Schibsted ASA.

Instrument ID (SCHA/SCHB): No change

Face Value(SCHA/SCHB): No change

New EMS (SCHA/SCHB): 50

The face value per share in Schibsted ASA will remain unchanged due to a capital contribution which is in the same amount as the decrease in the share capital as a result of the demerger.

Adevinta ASA will from tomorrow, 10 April 2019, be listed on Oslo Børs under the ticker "ADEA/ADEB".

Due to the transaction size, the Members are advised to delete own overnight orders before 16:45 (CET) in SCHA/SCHB. After 16:45 (CET) overnight orders will be deleted by the Exchange.
