Schibsted has granted 15,380 B-shares to primary insiders in Schibsted ASA in

connection with long-term incentive plans. The shares will be transferred to the

employees during the coming days.

The transfers are related to the 3-year plan Executive Incentive Plan 2023 (EIP

2023).
