Schibsted has granted 39,098 B-shares to primary insiders in Schibsted ASA in

connection with long-term incentive plans. The shares will be transferred to the

employees during the coming days.

The transfers are primarily related to the 3-year Long Term Incentive Plan 2019

(LTIP 2019).
