Reference is made to the stock exchange release issued 10 September 2015

regarding Schibsted ASA's successful placement of B-shares.

Blommenholm Industrier AS was allocated 410,000 B-shares in the placement at a

subscription price of NOK 246.00 per share. After this, Blommenholm Industrier

holds 28,188,589 A-shares and 28,598,589 B-shares in Schibsted ASA.

Primary insider in Schibsted, Ole Jacob Sunde, is a Board member of Blommenholm

Industrier AS.
