Baillie Gifford & Co (“BG & Co”) has on 05 September 2022 acquired 229,120 voting rights (attaching to A shares) in Schibsted ASA (SCH). After the event, BG & Co holds a total of 117,603,917 voting rights in SCH, corresponding to 10.01% of the votes. All voting rights are held under discretionary investment management agreements with clients. BG & Co does not hold any shares or rights to shares in SCH.

The above includes 59,234,375 (5.04%) voting rights held by Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited (“BGO”) a wholly owned subsidiary of BG & Co.
