Oslo, 13 October 2020. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 12 October 2020 regarding a potential block sale of existing shares of up to 1,600,000 existing shares in Schibsted ASA (the “Company”), consisting of i) up to 800,000 existing shares in Schibsted ser. A and ii) up to 800,000 existing shares in Schibsted ser. B (the "Transaction") by a financial investor (the “Seller”).

The Seller have successfully sold 800,000 Schibsted ser. A shares and sold 800,000 Schibsted ser. B shares in the Company, at NOK 405.00 per share and NOK 365.00 per share, respectively (the “Offering”).

Arctic Securities AS acted as Manager in the Offering.
