Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Mandatory notification of trade

Blommenholm Industrier AS, has on 6 September 2019 acquired 50,021 A-shares in

Schibsted ASA (the "Company"), at a price of NOK 268.0474 per share. After this

transaction Blommenholm Industrier owns 28,541,262 A-shares and 30,621,205 B-

shares in the Company.

If deducting for shares currently held by Schibsted ASA through its repurchase

programme, Blommenholm Industrier now holds more than 25.0% of the outstanding

total volume of shares in Schibsted ASA.

The Tinius Trust and Blommenholm Industrier AS is represented in the board of

the Company by Ole Jacob Sunde.
