On April 11th 2014, funds managed by Luxor Capital

Group, LP ("LCG") have purchased 6,697 shares in

Schibsted ASA. Funds managed by LCG hereafter own a

total of 10,805,972 shares in Schibsted ASA or 10% of

the outstanding shares.

No single fund managed by LCG has crossed any

threshold as a result of the transaction.
