Notification pursuant to Section 3.2 of the

Securities Trading Act

We wish to inform you with regards to Section 3.2 of

the Securities Trading Act; that on 20/12/2010, we

transferred 55,639 shares via an In-Specie out on

behalf of one of our clients, as well as purchased

6,220 on behalf of another of our clients, in

Schibsted ASA. This trade of the shares which were

purchased was priced at NOK170.02 per share. As a

result our percentage holding decreased below the 5%

disclosure threshold. The total number of controlled

by Taube Hodson Stonex Partners LLP as a result of

this trade is 5,369,011which represents 4.97 of

issued capital.
