Schibsted will host a Capital Markets Day (CMD) for investors, analysts and media in Oslo today. Presentations will start at 10:00 CET and will last, including Q&A, until approx. 14:30 CET.

The main focus at today's event will be our Nordic Marketplaces business, as we present how the shift to a new, verticalbased operating model will unlock significant value creation for our stakeholders.

Following this shift, financial restatements for 2022 in Nordic Marketplaces have been made, and the following mediumterm financial targets for Nordic Marketplaces are introduced:

Mobility vertical:

• Revenue growth: 12-17%
• EBITDA margin: 51-56%

Jobs vertical:

• Revenue growth: Low to mid single-digit
• EBITDA margin: Above 50%

Real Estate vertical:

• Revenue growth: 12-17%

• EBITDA margin: 42-47%

Recommerce vertical:

• Revenue growth: Triple revenues from 2022 to 2025
• EBITDA margin: EBITDA break-even during 2025
