Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Result of bond buyback

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement sent 2 May 2023. In
conjunction with the bond issue dated 3 May 2023, Schibsted ASA has bought back
NOK 364 million of SCHA01 (ISIN NO0010878960), NOK 119 million of SCH10 (ISIN
NO0010797541) and NOK 123 million of SCH11 (ISIN NO0010797558). Maturity of the
bonds is 23 October 2023, 22 June 2023 and 22 June 2023, respectively.
The settlement date is set to 10 May 2023.
Danske Bank and SEB acted as managers in connection with the bond buybacks.
