Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Contemplating Senior Unsecured NOK Bond Issue

Schibsted ASA, rated BBB/Stable by Scope Ratings, has mandated DNB Markets as

Sole Bookrunner to arrange a digital fixed income investor meeting on 18

November 2021. Subject to market conditions, one or more NOK-denominated senior

unsecured bond issues with expected tenors of 5-7 years may follow.
