Schibsted ASA (SCH) - Schibsted ASA Contemplating Issuing New Unsecured Bonds

Schibsted ASA is contemplating issuing new unsecured bonds with 7-years tenor in

the Norwegian bond market.

The purpose of the contemplated bond issuance is general corporate purposes.
