Changes in management of Incus Investor ASA

Bjørn Torkilden resigns as CEO of Incus Investor ASA with effect from 1 July 2018. Dag Schjerven (Chairman) will act as interim CEO from the same date until new CEO is employed. The board initiates a recruitment process for the new CEO.

The Board will thank Mr. Torkildsen for his strong efforts through a challenging period for Incus Investor.

Egil Kjeldsen is employed as a new head of Scana Valve Control / Scana Skarpenord with effect from 1. of August 2018. Kjeldsen was born in 1964, has technical background and experience from several companies in the maritime industry. His last position has been VP Service in Palfinger Marine, which includes the lifeboat manufacturer Harding.
