Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing obligation and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29[th] day of May 2026 at 04:20 PM at registered office of the company i.e. Scan Projects Limited, # Vill. Kanjnu, tehsil Radaur, Yamuna Nagar - 135114, Haryana to discuss, adopt and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with Auditor’s Report thereon.

In accordance with 'Insider Trading Code 2015’ of the Company, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing / trading in the equity shares of the Company, was closed with effect from April 1, 2026, for the purpose of declaration of Standalone Annual Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Necessary intimation in this regard was already sent on March 24, 2026. Accordingly, Trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Annual Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 i.e. till May 31, 2026.
