Shareholders registered in the VPS on the Record Date will receive 9 subscription rights per share held on the Record Date. Each subscription right will grant the holder a right to subscribe for and be allocated 1 share in SAS AB (Publ) in the rights issue. Subscription rights not used or sold during the subscription period will lapse without compensation to the holder.
