SAS AB – decision to delist

Referring to the Oslo Børs’ news announcement on 25. July 2024. SAS AB has today submitted satisfactory documentation with respect to that the plan of reorganization that has been approved by the Stockholm District Court becoming final and enforceable under Swedish law (i.e. after the expiry of any relevant appeal procedures). Based on this, Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares as of 14. August 2024 and last day of trading on Oslo Børs will be 13. August 2024.
