Change of number of shares and votes in SAS AB

The reverse split recently conducted by SAS has resulted in the following decrease of the number of shares and votes in the company during June 2010. Prior to the reverse split, there were in total 9,870,000,000 shares in SAS, corresponding to 9,870,000,000 votes. Following the completion of the reverse split 1:30, there are, as of 30 June 2010, a total of 329,000,000 shares in the company, corresponding to 329,000,000 votes.

Further, the reverse split resulted in an increase of the quota value from SEK 0.67 to SEK 20.10 per share.
