Change in SAS top management

Change in SAS top management

Executive Vice President, HR & Communication Henriette Fenger Ellekrog

will leave SAS in October 2014. Henriette Fenger Ellekrog has chosen to

accept the job as head of HR of Danske Bank A/S.

"I regret that Henriette Fenger Ellekrog has chosen to resign in SAS,"

says CEO Rickard Gustafson. "Her contribution to and effort in the great

transformation that SAS has gone through the past few years have been

significant and I wish her all the best in the future ", says Rickard

Gustafson.

Henriette Fenger Ellekrog ends her employment after 7 years in SAS,

where she has been responsible for HR and communication in the group.

"There is never an optimal time to leave a company and it has been a

very difficult decision to say goodbye to SAS," says Henriette Fenger

Ellekrog. "But after 7 years in the same position I am tempted by the

opportunity to contribute to the change process that Danske Bank is

facing," says Henriette Fenger Ellekrog.

SAS has initiated the process to find a replacement for Henriette Fenger

Ellekrog.
