ACQUISITION OF FUTURA ENERGÍA INVERSIONES, S.L.

Sonae Capital, SGPS, SA, hereby informs that, following the anti-trust approval received from the Competition Authorities and the satisfaction of the conditions to which the Parties agreed to make the transaction subject to, its subsidiary CapWatt, S.A. has completed the direct acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Futura Energía Inversiones, S.L., and the indirect acquisition of its subsidiaries, as disclosed to the market on 1 July 2019.
