Samba Digital SGPS, S.A. reports first quarter of a year with the highest revenue in 2026, up 27,8%

Lisbon (Portugal) – 6 th April 2026

Samba Digital SGPS, S.A. (ISIN PTDGL0AM0003, LEI 254900XUWUIT78WEG672, Symbol ALSMB), a global sports marketing company, reports revenue of $1,840,000.00 for the first quarter of 2026, representing an increase of +27,8% compared to the $1,440,000.00 registered in the first quarter of 2025.

This performance marks the first quarter of a year with the highest revenue in the Group's history, achieved in a challenging economic environment characterized by slower decision-making cycles among clients and prospects.

The Group's performance reflects the continued strengthening of its international positioning, particularly in North America, as well as the ongoing investment in technology and data-driven solutions, including the recent launch of Fansights, a social media performance analytics platform designed to enhance audience understanding and support strategic decision-making.

This performance also reflects the Group's business growth and key client engagements during the first quarter of 2026, with the development of several relevant projects that involved clients and projects such as Chelsea FC, San Antonio Spurs, Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympic Games, LFP social media channels during the AFCON 2025 period

Given the ongoing macroeconomic uncertainties, the Group's management has decided not to provide financial guidance for the full year at this stage. However, based on current activity levels and although barring a significant deterioration in the global economic environment, Samba Digital SGPS, S.A. expects to deliver a solid performance in 2026.

Financial figures are reported in U.S. dollars, the Group's primary operating currency, due to ongoing fluctuations between the euro and the dollar.)
