Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board, on recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s VAPS & Company, Chartered Accountants (Firm’s Registration No. 003612N), as the Statutory Auditor of the Company, to conduct statutory audit of the Company for a second term of (5) five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of ensuing 24[th] AGM until the conclusion of the 29[th] AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2030. The appointment shall be subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 24[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
