Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board, on recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s Deepika Madhwal & Associates, (ACS: 31234 CP: 14808), Practicing Company Secretaries , as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company, to conduct secretarial audit of the Company for a period of (5) five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The appointment shall be subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 24[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
The required information in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure – A .
