Padua, February 26, 2020 – With reference to the English version of the information document related to the acquisition of 61.34% of the equity capital of Prive Goods LLC published on February 25, 2020, notice is hereby given that second paragraph of paragraph 6.2 has been amended in order to correct a misprint.
