Padua, October 24 2025 – With reference to Inspecs Group's "Statement regarding possible offer" published yesterday, Safilo confirms that, as part of its activities to explore new investment opportunities, it has submitted a non-binding offer to acquire the Eschenbach Group and BoDe businesses of Inspecs. At present, there is no certainty regarding the outcome of any such offer.
