UPDATE ON CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL

Sabre Resources Limited (ASX: SBR) (Company) is pleased to advise that post-consolidation trading has now commenced on a deferred settlement basis under the ASX codes SBRDA (for ordinary shares SBR) and SBRDB (for quoted options SBROB). These codes will be used from 16 December 2022 until 28 December 2022 (inclusive) before reverting to the original codes.

Shareholder approval for the Consolidation of Capital on a ten (10) to one (1) basis was received at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on 30 November 2022.

The timetable for the remainder and completion of the Consolidation is as follows:
