Notice Under Section 708A of the Corporations Act
Sabre Resources Ltd (ASX: SBR) ("the Company") is pleased to advise that the Company has today issued 38,615,482 SBR fully paid ordinary shares in accordance with the placement announced to the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX) on 27 April 2026.
The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 that the shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.
As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
(a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act; and
(b) Section 674 and Section 674A of the Corporations Act.
As at the date of this notice, there is no information that is "excluded information" as defined in Section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed in accordance with 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
