OPTION ISSUE

At a meeting of Directors held yesterday, it was resolved to make an issue of 600,000 options to staff and consultants. In addition, shareholder approval will be sought to issue a further 900,000 options to directors.

The options are to be issued free of charge, and are exercisable at fifteen cents per option and may be exercised on or before 30 November 2008.
