Sabre Resources Ltd - Quarterly Report for the period April 1st 2003 to June 30th 2003.

Exploration

Western Gneiss Terrane: Following the results of broad spaced reconnaissance surface sampling from all three tenement areas, follow-up soil sampling was completed on only two of the tenements. Jitarning Northwest and Jitarning Southeast. A summary of results from all areas is as follows:

Neendaling: Only weakly elevated gold levels were recorded, apparently forming a northwesterly trend. The tenor of the results was not sufficiently encouraging to implement follow-up sampling.

Jitarning Southeast: The most significant gold results were recorded over 2.5km trend in the southwestern sector of the tenement. A review will be undertaken to determine whether additional field exploration is warranted.

Jitarning Northwest: Overall, the gold results were not encouraging with some elevated values in small trends within mafic to ultramatic granulite sequences. The most significant results occurred in the northeastern sector of the tenement where the elevated gold levels were either coincident with. or proximal to, elevated arsenic, molybdenum and tungsten levels. A review will be undertaken of this area to determine whether additional field exploration is warranted.
