Notice Under Section 708A of the Corporations Act

Sabre Resources Limited (Company) advises that the Company has issued the following securities today:

• 12,173,170 SBR fully paid ordinary shares

• 20,573,170 SBROB listed options.

These securities have been issued in accordance with the placement announced on 16 November 2023.

The securities are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX). The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001. The securities were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

(a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act;

(b) Section 674 and Section 674A of the Corporations Act; and

There is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
