Notice Under Section 708A of the Corporations Act

Sabre Resources Limited (Company) advises that the Company has issued 37,200,000 SBROB listed options, being 30,000,000 “Offer” options issued to employees, consultants and service providers, 6,000,000 options issued to directors, and 1,200,000 “broker” options, all issued in accordance with the approval of shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting held on 30 November 2022.

The options are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX). The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001. The shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

(a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act;

(b) Section 674 and Section 674A of the Corporations Act; and

There is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
