REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing 17.2, Sabre Resources Limited ( Company and Sabre ) requests that a voluntary suspension be applied to the Company’s securities and sets out below the details of that request.
Further to the Company’s request for a voluntary trading halt on 31 July 2019, the Company is not in a position to make an announcement at this time, and requests a voluntary suspension, pending an announcement on the capital raising, as referenced in Sabre’s trading halt request.
The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until a release of an announcement regarding the capital raising, which is expected to be today, 2 August 2019.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why this voluntary suspension should not be granted.
