INFORMATION UNDER LISTING RULE 3.10.5A

The Co m pany wis h es to ad v ise the f o llowing i n formation under Li s ting Rule 3.10.5A in relation t o the placement of s h ares issu e d under R ule 7.1A o n 26 Oct o ber.

• (a ) the diluti o n to the existing h o lders of o rdinary s e curities c aused by this issu e was 10%;

• (b ) the 22,6 4 7,222 sh a res were issued for cash under Rule 7 .1A, and were no t a pro ra t a issue o r other ty p e of issue in whic h existing ordinary security h olders w o uld have been eli g ible to p a rticipate, because the Com p any requi r ed funds promptly a nd consi d ered this to be the most exp e ditious m e thod of r a ising fund s ;

(c ) the issue was not u nderwritten; and

• (d ) there wa s a $10,0 0 0.00 plac e ment fee payable t o CPS Se c urities for their role in raising the funds.
