The Company today placed to clients of Cunningham Securities Ltd 3 million fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 10 cents per share together with one free attached option for every share allotted exercisable at 10 cents each on or before 31 December 2012. The share placement was made pursuant to the authority given to the Directors by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on the 24 November 2005.
