Appointment of New CFO and Joint Company Secretary

Sabre Resources Ltd (ASX: SBR) (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jeff Dawkins as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Mr Dawkins is a highly experienced finance professional and Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in the resources sector, primarily within the gold industry. He has held senior finance and commercial roles across numerous ASX‑listed companies with operations in Australia and overseas.

Mr Dawkins holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr Dawkins succeeds Mr Michael Muhling, who has resigned from the role after four years of dedicated service to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks Mr Muhling for his valuable contribution and wishes him all the best for the future.
