PASSING OF DIRECTOR AND NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Sabre Resources Limited (Company) regretfully announces the passing of Mr Robert Collins, who has served as a Director on the Board of the Company since 7 December 2016. He, and his longstanding, professional contribution to the Company, will be greatly missed. The Company wishes to extend their deepest sympathy to Robert’s wife and family.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Norburn as a Director, effective immediately. Mr Norburn graduated from the University of Birmingham with an honours degree in engineering and has worked for over twenty five years in the resource industry in Australia, the Middle East and Africa. Mr Norburn is a Director of Golden Deeps Limited.
