KEY CEO APPOINTMENT FOR SABRE RESOURCES

Sabre Resources Ltd (“Sabre Resources” or “Company”) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Jon Dugdale as CEO, effective Tuesday 1 June, 2021.

Jon Dugdale is a very well credentialed geologist and brings over 30 years of experience in the resources sector to Sabre Resources, including a strong track record of discovery, promotion and capital raising.

Jon spent the first 20+ years of his career with WMC and then MPI Mines and was involved in major discovery programs at the St Ives and Agnew Gold projects in WA and with MPI, the exploration and development of several discoveries made by the MPI exploration team, including Silver Swan nickel deposit in Western Australia and direct involvement in the >1Moz Golden Gift discovery in Western Victoria.

The last 10+ years Jon has spent time as a Fund Manager with Lion Selection Group then as Managing Director of several ASX listed companies, directly involved with the promotion and raising of over $70 million of capital to advance exploration and complete pre-feasibility studies into nickel and gold projects in the Philippines.

Jon is already focused on advancing the very exciting project portfolio in Sabre Resources, including applying his experience in WA Gold discoveries to the Company’s WA gold projects, reviewing the development and exploration potential of the Sherlock Bay Nickel Project as well as the renewing exploration of the Otavi Mountain projects in Namibia, that are along strike from the Golden Deep’s (ASX:GED) Khusib springs high-grade copper-silver mine.
