The Company wishes to advise that the Company Secretary Paul Fromson has resigned.

Graham Baldisseri has now been appointed Company Secretary. Mr Baldisseri has is an experienced professional in variety of senior positions, including Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with several mining, exploration and engineering construction companies.
